Spinal Decompression
Gentle mechanical traction that reduces pressure on spinal discs and nerve roots.
Spinal decompression applies controlled, gradual traction to the spine to create space between vertebrae. Reducing pressure within the disc can ease compression on an irritated nerve root and encourage fluid and nutrient exchange in tissue that has limited blood supply.
It is most often considered for disc-related pain — including symptoms that radiate into an arm or leg — and for patients who want a non-surgical option to try before more invasive routes.
Sessions are comfortable and passive. Decompression is used as part of a broader plan alongside adjustment and rehabilitation, not as a standalone fix.
