Our contact form is for general enquiries only. Email is not a secure channel, so please do not use it to send symptoms, medical history, diagnoses or other personal health information.

If your question concerns your care, call the clinic and we will discuss it with you directly.

Personal health information collected during your care at the clinic is handled separately from this website, in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the standards of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

You may ask us about your records, request access to them, or ask that corrections be made, by contacting the clinic directly.

This site embeds a Google Map so visitors can find the clinic. Google may collect technical information such as your IP address when the map loads. That processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Contact form messages are delivered through an email service provider acting on our behalf solely to transmit your message.
