How you load your feet affects your knees, hips and lower back. We assess your gait and foot mechanics before recommending anything — orthotics are only worth prescribing when the assessment shows they will actually change your loading pattern.
Custom orthotics are built to your own foot rather than bought off a shelf, and are designed to be worn in the footwear you actually use day to day.
We also design and fit custom knee bracing for instability, arthritic knees and post-injury support. Both orthotics and bracing are commonly reimbursable under extended health plans, and we can provide the documentation your insurer requires.
